We've always been able to view properties quickly after they hit the market. Bethany knows time is of the essence in this market. 5. She is not under high pressure when it comes to closing a sale. Other Realtors® will do anything to push a sale through and often rush the inspection process along. Bethany will not push you into buying a bad home and respects your right to a thorough inspection. 6. If you are interested in making improvements to your home (whether it's an investment property or your own home), Bethany is a great adviser on which improvements will add value. She has done this for us, and her expertise has been invaluable. I highly recommend Bethany.

I would highly recommend Bethany to any buyer, especially as a first-time buyer. I contacted her 6+ months before I started the official process, and she was not pushy at all but checked in a thoughtful/respectful amount. She gave me tons of flexibility with no pressure throughout the whole process. She is an expert at the process (and the STL market) and explained every detail to me, along with answering all my ridiculous questions. Don't be fooled though, she is tough with negotiations and price. We had a long laundry list of items to ask for and though the seller wasn't willing, we got through the majority of items. Overall, I would highly recommend her and will use her for future business.
It was serendipitous to meet Bethany at an open house. We got talking and it was evident that she has an excellent knowledge of the local market. She took our info and followed up for a meeting couple of weeks later. This was my first time buying a house and I found Bethany to be very knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions about the process. Bethany has a “no nonsense” approach to business and yet manages to be very personable and friendly. We found her to be upfront and honest about her thoughts, which we highly appreciated.
