Wonderful agent, hands-on, and involved in the difficult process of selling my deceased parent's home from start to finish. Recognized and empathized with the difficulties of selling your childhood home after a loss. Able to accurately walk through my property and make recommendations for updates that helped increase the sale price. I would highly recommend Bethany to any buyer, especially as a first-time buyer. I contacted her 6+ months before I started the official process, and she was not pushy at all but checked in a thoughtful/respectful amount. She gave me tons of flexibility with no pressure throughout the whole process. She is an expert at the process (and the STL market) and explained every detail to me, along with answering all my ridiculous questions.
